| ELiTeD Review March 2004 |
"The visuals and sound effects in this game stay true to the
Star Trek universe. The 3D environment is rich and extremely detailed. I was truly impressed
with the look of this game, the developers really paid attention to how the Star Trek
universe should look and feel."
"If you are a Star Trek fan, and/or like fast action, combat based flight simulation, this is your game." |

"The A.I. starts off like a kitten, yet roars like a tiger in later levels. It’s almost like the developers intend to let you get your feet wet before they turn on the fire hose." |
| TeamXbox Oct 6, 2003 |
"...the ships are looking top-notch and there appears to be a good bit of differing visuals within each level; not something easy to pull off in deep space." |

| Next Generation (sadly, no longer in publication) |
"[Star Trek: Shattered Universe] may
have the greatest setting of any Star Trek game to date: the corrupt alternate
universe first introduced in the classic episode "Mirror, Mirror."
